1、 System Overview
The VG-8-ATE frequency converter factory load test bench is a new type of multifunctional aging equipment designed based on user requirements and optimized according to actual conditions. The main body of the load bench adopts real water pump working conditions to ensure the stability, accuracy, and reliability of the load; Using an industrial control host to control the PLC solenoid valve to switch the water pump load through a serial port, verify whether various protection functions of the load are normal.
This experimental bench is suitable for load testing of frequency converter water pumps. Verify that the frequency converter has sleep protection, dry running protection, and qualified working current judgment under constant voltage load.
2、 Main features
(1) The experimental platform is divided into 2 layers, each layer can hold 4 products with actual loading power ≤ 2500W for aging, a total of 8 products.
(2) The input wiring of the frequency converter adopts sockets; The output wiring of the frequency converter adopts dedicated sockets, pressure sensor wiring sockets, and the frequency converter is equipped with a cooling fan positioning fixture.
(3) The input adopts a three-phase four wire AC 380V system. Phase A supplies power to the product on the first floor; B phase supplies power to the products on the 2nd floor; The C-phase supplies power to the products on the 2nd floor.
(4) Total power of system load: 25KW.
(5) Real time monitoring of product related data (current value, product qualification, aging time, etc.) through factory software.
(6) Input current testing at each stage. During sleep protection, the current approaches zero, while during dry running protection, the current approaches zero. Under constant voltage load

3、 Vehicle characteristics
(1) The car model is aesthetically pleasing and conforms to ergonomic design.

4、 Measurement and Control Unit
(1) The aging car test power supply uses 2 inputs, with the first input supplying 1-4 products to be aged and the second input supplying 5-8 products to be aged. Both power supplies are protected by air switches.
(2) Time setting and control: total aging time, aging time for each layer, aging time for each product.
